  • Access to pension annual benefit statements

    Update: 25th October 2024

Update for Scheme Members on progress with publication of Annual Benefit and Pension Savings Statements (ABS and PSS)

EQ have now published over 99% of ABS and over 90% of PSS due to members. SSCL are working with the MPS and EQ to provide outstanding or corrected statements to officers as soon as possible. This includes work to obtain the correct information from third parties – including other police forces; public and private sector pension schemes.

As of week commencing 28 October any officer who has a statement outstanding will be given a named contact within SSCL. This service is designed to give officers an understanding of the remaining issues with their statement and the work plan to rectify it.

Some officers are still reporting difficulties accessing the EQ portal, or resetting their passwords. Any officer experiencing these problems should call the SSCL McCloud help desk on 020 7161 2222 and press option 1; option 4; option 3 or if you specifically need a password reset call EQ on 020 7161 2222, option 1, option 4, option 1. They have additional staff in place.
